We had a load-bearing wall done as part of a garage conversion. Dean’s advice early on helped avoid delays with building control.

He liaised with the architect directly and got the job done to spec, without faff or excuse. The team showed up on time every day and didn’t waste a moment. The result is flawless — level, straight and structurally sound. We’ve had compliments from other builders since it was finished.

We added a side and rear extension to give us more family space, and the result is better than we ever hoped for. Dean’s team were friendly, on time, and genuinely skilled.
